Key Highlights
- Lead onboarding and implementation projects for new customers.
- Facilitate workshops, training sessions and configuration to ensure adoption of TimeLog.
- Translate business requirements into efficient TimeLog setup and workflows.
- Act as the subject matter expert during handovers from Sales, ensuring a smooth start.
- Collaborate with CSMs on success planning and early value delivery.
