To access certain features of our Service, You must create an Account. When creating and maintaining Your Account, You are responsible for:

• Job match accuracy and recommendation quality may vary based on the completeness and accuracy of Your profile data
• You remain solely responsible for Your application decisions and the accuracy of information You submit to employers
• We continuously improve Our algorithms but cannot guarantee perfect matches or error-free results
• Final hiring decisions are made by employers, not by Our AI system
• AI-generated content (such as resume suggestions) should be reviewed by You before use and may require editing to accurately reflect Your experience

We do not guarantee any specific outcome from using Our AI-powered features, including but not limited to job offers, interviews, or salary levels.

By using Our Service, You acknowledge and agree that:

• You acknowledge that submitting an application through Our Service does not guarantee that the application will be received or reviewed by the employer
• We are not responsible for employer responses, hiring decisions, or the accuracy of job postings from third parties
• Job listings displayed on Our Service may be sourced from third parties, and We do not guarantee their accuracy, completeness, or availability
• You should independently verify job posting details before applying or accepting any position

For paid features and subscription services:

• Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date
• You can cancel Your subscription at any time through Your Account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
• Refunds are provided in accordance with Our refund policy and applicable consumer protection laws
• We reserve the right to change subscription prices with at least 30 days advance notice; continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new price
• Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of access to paid features
• Free trial users will be automatically charged at the applicable subscription rate unless they cancel before the trial period ends
• All fees are quoted in the currency displayed at the time of purchase and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by the Company and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

• You retain full ownership of Your personal data, resume content, and any original materials You upload to the Service

• The "ApplyMint" name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of the Company

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without any warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Without limiting the foregoing, the Company does not warrant that:

• The Service will function uninterrupted, securely, or be available at any particular time or location
• Any errors or defects will be corrected
• The Service is free of viruses or other harmful components
• AI recommendations will be accurate, complete, or suitable for Your specific circumstances
• Job postings or employer information are accurate or up to date
• Use of the Service will result in job offers, interviews, or any specific employment outcome

You acknowledge that job market conditions, employer preferences, and other external factors beyond Our control may affect results.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• The Company's total liability to You for all claims arising out of or relating to the use of the Service shall not exceed the amount You have paid to the Company for use of the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim
• In no event shall the Company, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses
• The Company is not responsible for any actions, decisions, or content of third parties, including employers, recruiters, or other users
• Users assume full responsibility for their career and application decisions made using the Service

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain warranties or damages, so some of the above limitations may not apply to You. In such cases, the Company's liability will be limited to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Company and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, suppliers, successors, and assigns from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to:

Either party may terminate the service relationship at any time:

• The seat and venue of arbitration shall be Gurgaon, Haryana, India
• The language of arbitration shall be English
• The courts of Gurgaon, Haryana, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any matters not subject to arbitration
• If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time at Our sole discretion:
