Job Description

We are seeking a Salesforce Engineer to support the development and enhancement of our contact center and wealth management platforms. This role is ideal for a motivated engineer who enjoys building scalable solutions, collaborating across teams, and leveraging emerging technologies to improve advisor and client experiences.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of software development experience, including Salesforce development
- Experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Salesforce platform capabilities, and integrations
- Familiarity with Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and case management processes
- Experience working in Agile development environments
- Understanding of REST APIs, integrations, and modern application development practices
- Exposure to cloud technologies, preferably AWS
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a collaborative team environment
- Interest in learning emerging technologies, including AI and automation capabilities
Preferred Qualifications
- Salesforce certifications are a plus
