Key Highlights
- Lead and develop a team responsible for ETL packages, reporting, and technical support for TCIM-related workstreams. Provide leadership across core areas including Fee Schedule processing, SSIS-to-ADF migration, MRDT data flows, and MOOP/AVR support.
- Partner with business and technical stakeholders to convert requirements into practical, reliable technical solutions that support operational and business needs.
- Support platform modernization efforts, including migration from SSIS to Azure Data Factory (ADF), and help drive execution planning across active workstreams.
- Help advance the team’s use of AI technologies and AI adoption in support of automation and continuous improvement efforts.
- Strengthen team operating rhythm, processes, prioritization, and delivery discipline across multiple active workstreams and backlog demands.
