Key Highlights
- Conduct market and competitor research to understand industry trends and product opportunities
- Research customer needs, pain points, and use cases
- Assist in gathering and documenting product requirements
- Support the preparation of product requirement documents, user stories, feature specifications, and process documentation
- Work with product managers and engineering teams to track product features and enhancements
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- MBA/PGDM, Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Technology, Engineering, or a related field
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Strong interest in product management, technology, SaaS, eCommerce, or business analysis
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to understand business problems and translate them into structured requirements
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Good knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets and presentation tools
- Comfortable learning new technology and product management tools
- Basic understanding of software products or technology concepts is an advantage
