Key Highlights
- Driving, maintaining and improving the global onboarding approach to connect new employees to our purpose, values and ways of working
- Acting as global Process Manager and advisor for Onboarding, engaging with a network of colleagues involved in onboarding-related tasks and deliverables
- Leading the planning and execution of key projects within Talent Engagement, and the broader Global Talent Acquisition
- Driving communication and stakeholder engagement on key projects and initiatives
- Becoming a member of the Talent Engagement leadership team, working closely on our area's priorities and decisions and driving collaboration and alignment
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- A degree in HR, Organisational Psychology, Communications or a related field
- Experience in onboarding, employee engagement or employee experience roles is preferred, ideally within a large, global organisation
- A proven track record of designing and delivering projects / programmes that drive measurable improvements, preferably within the areas of Talent Acquisition or Employee Experience
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across functions and seniority levels
- Excellent project management capabilities, comfortable managing multiple initiatives in parallel
- Strong communication skills and fluency in English; experience working in an international environment is preferred
