Key Highlights
- Conduct quarterly/annual performance reviews; set measurable objectives tied to company Big Rocks
- Design individualized career growth plans, mentorship programs, and succession pathways

- Manage staffing levels, workload balancing, and resource allocation across ATLO projects
- Lead the end to end recruiting cycle: resume triage, phone screens, panel interviews, and offer negotiations
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in any Engineering or related field
- Candidates must have at least one year of experience in a leadership role (team leader, temp manager, large scale cross functional project/program management, or formal manager experience) OR have completed the Boeing internal course “Exploring Leadership
- 5+ years’ experience in (technical or engineering field) manufacturing, mechanical, electrical, test engineering, materials and process engineering, or similar field in Aerospace, Automotive, or Commercial industries.
- Experience with spacecraft systems integration and testing
- This position requires the ability to obtain a US Security Clearance for which the US Government requires US Citizenship. A final U.S. clearance Post Start is required
- 7+ years’ experience in space systems
- Experience writing work instructions and procedures for critical aerospace parts in a production environment
- Experience with common hardware-integration tools such as NI LabVIEW, DAQ hardware, electrical power supplies, signal analyzers, and multimeters
- Proficiency with statistics, data analysis, cost/benefit analysis, business intelligence, and data visualization (e.g. PowerBI, Tableau)
- Proficiency in tracking tools such as MRP/ERP, Jira, MS Project, manufacturing execution systems, Teamcenter/PLM, and configuration management
- Experience with CAD software and engineering drawings
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, ability to make presentations to engineering, team members, customers, and management
- Experience working with a union represented workforce
- Active TS/SCI Clearance
