Key Highlights
- Develops and maintains cable/wire harness detail and assembly designs.
- Analyzes results and performs design reviews.
- Develops and maintains electrical product detail, assembly and installation designs (e.g., equipment racks, power panels, cable routing and geometry).
- Provides engineering design disposition on discrepancies (e.g., rejection tags, production action requests, shop revision requests).
- Documents processes, specifications and procedures that support the design and manufacture of electrical commodities.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering (with a focus in Electrical, Mechanical or Aeronautical), Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry
- 5+ years of experience in an engineering discipline.
- 10+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience in the area of Electrical equipment installation and wire routing design is desired.
- Experience on design tools such as ENOVIA, CATIA V5, WIRS, PDM and IVT would be beneficial.
- Experienced (Level 3): $120,000 - $162,000
- Senior (Level 4): $146,000 - 198,000
- Principal (Level 5): $177,000 - $239,000
