JOB PURPOSE The Safety Officer will monitor day-to-day site safety compliance on the Ghuwaifat Project, ensuring that all personnel work in a safe environment in accordance with project HSE requiremen
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- • Diploma or certification in Occupational Health and Safety (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent).
- • 3–5 years of experience as a Safety Officer on construction or infrastructure projects.
- • Working knowledge of UAE HSE regulations and site safety practices.
- • Prior experience conducting inductions, toolbox talks, and safety patrols.
- • UAE project experience is preferred.
- SKILLS & COMPETENCIES
- • Strong hazard identification and observation skills.
- • Good communication skills across a multinational workforce.
- • Ability to work independently across large site areas.
- • Basic proficiency in MS Office for daily reporting.
- • A proactive, safety-first approach to work.
