Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- 5–8 years of experience in cloud infrastructure, network engineering, network security, or a related technical domain.
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure and hybrid cloud environments.
- Proven expertise in L3 troubleshooting and production infrastructure support.
- Hands-on experience with Palo Alto NGFW/Panorama, Zscaler ZIA/ZPA, and CyberArk/PAM.
- Strong experience with Terraform and/or Ansible for infrastructure automation.
- Experience with Prometheus, Grafana, Azure Monitor, or comparable monitoring and observability platforms.
- Strong understanding of networking, routing, security, connectivity, and cloud infrastructure architecture.
- Experience performing RCA, incident management, problem management, and infrastructure optimization.

- Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work across multiple technical teams.
