Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field, with 10+ years of project management experience across commercial, residential, and hospitality projects.
- • Strong expertise in fit-out processes, local regulations, authority approvals, health, safety, and quality standards.
- • Proven ability to manage budgets, contracts, procurement, subcontractors, and project delivery, with excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
- • Proficient in MS Project, Primavera, and AutoCAD; PMP certification or equivalent is an advantage.
