- • High School Diploma or Equivalent Preferred (Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or a Related Field is an Advantage)
- • Arabic speaker preferred, with strong English communication skills.
- • Experience in Dubai/UAE real estate, particularly off-plan properties, is an advantage.
- • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- • Confident and persuasive telephone manner.
- • Strong follow-up and lead-conversion skills.
- • Target-oriented, energetic, and self-motivated.
- • Ability to handle rejection and work in a fast-paced sales environment.
- • Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.
