Required Qualifications
- • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
- • PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent Project Management certification preferred.
- • ITIL or Agile certification is an added advantage.
- Experience
- • 10+ years of project management experience within banking or financial services.
- • Minimum 3-5 years of experience managing Core Banking implementation, migration, or upgrade projects.
- • Hands-on experience with Core Banking platforms such as Temenos T24, Finacle, TCS BaNCS, or similar.
- • Proven track record of managing cross-functional teams and third-party vendors.
