Key Highlights
- Master's degree in medicine, pharmacy, biology, chemistry, or a related field; PhD or MBA is a plus
- Work experience of 3–5 years in a leading management consulting firm, with a focus on the Healthcare and/or Life Sciences sectors (e.g., pharma, biotech, diagnostics, bioprocessing, biology, chemistry)
- Functional expertise in at least one of the following areas: R&D, Regulatory, Market Access & Pricing, Operations, Marketing & Sales
- Practical experience in applying Data & AI to solve business challenges, and the passion to continue developing skills in this field
- Strong track record of leading projects across multiple functional areas with exposure to different hierarchy levels. More extensive leadership experience is a plus
