Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- 3–5+ years building and maintaining products used by real users
- Shipped both frontend features and backend services or APIs in production
- Able to design and implement well-structured API endpoints
- Strong enough on the frontend to implement a design faithfully and catch quality issues before users do
- Comfortable clarifying underspecified work yourself instead of waiting for a spec
- Honest estimation, and early flagging when something is blocked or bigger than it looked
- Basic SQL, enough to check that what you shipped did what you expected
- Professional experience with B2C / consumer-facing products
- English at business level
Preferred Qualifications
- Hands-on experience running A/B tests or similar product experiments
- Experience working closely with designers to implement UI
- Experience with growth work, product iteration, or independent app development
- Interest in anime, otaku culture, or creator communities
- Interest in AI generation
