Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- You bring solid hands-on experience using AI to accelerate software development, improving how code is written, reviewed, and refactored, with strong judgment on when to rely on AI versus traditional approaches.
- You’ve been in the trenches of complex software delivery, including regulated environments where quality and reliability matter
- People naturally follow your technical lead because you consistently deliver results and raise the bar for those around you
- You thrive in ambiguity and enjoy being the first to try something new, figure out what works, and help others navigate the same path
- You genuinely enjoy teaching and mentoring, whether through pairing, retrospectives, or helping others level up
- You measure what matters and iterate relentlessly, focused on building software that is faster, better, and more impactful
