Key Highlights

Training Planning & Development
Production Onboarding & Knowledge Transfer
Training Documentation, Compliance & Continuous Improvement
Partner with managers, supervisors, and HR to identify training needs and contribute to the development of annual site training plans
Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to design and deliver training programmes, both in‑house and in cooperation with external providers

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

Minimum 2–3 years of experience in training and competence development within a manufacturing environment (experience from the food production industry is highly valued)
Proven ability to manage the full training cycle, from needs assessment and planning to delivery, follow‑up, and evaluation
Proactive and collaborative, with the ability to take initiative and drive training activities in close cooperation with cross‑functional stakeholders
Experience with administrative tasks, combined with high attention to detail
Confident user of Microsoft Office and training‑related systems, with a structured and organised approach to work
Professional‑level proficiency in Danish and English, both written and verbal, is required for this role
