Key Highlights
- Applies an interdisciplinary, collaborative approach to plan, design, develop and verify a lifecycle balanced system of systems and system solutions
- Evaluates customer and /operational needs to define and coordinate system performance requirements, integrate technical parameters and assure compatibility of all physical, functional and program interfaces
- Performs various analyses to optimize total system of systems and/or system architecture
- Develops, maintains and identifies improvements for the planning, organization, implementation and monitoring of requirements management processes, tools, risk, issues, opportunity management and technology readiness assessment processes
- Resolves cross-functional technical issues
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited course of study in engineering, engineering technology (includes manufacturing engineering technology), chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science
- Ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship
- 9+ years of experience in systems engineering (requirements definition, allocation, verification, architecture design and trade design)
- 7+ years of experience working systems engineering across multiple phases of the product life-cycle
- Secret Security clearance is a plus
- 9+ years of experience building stakeholder and customer relationships
- 9+ years of experience with Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE)
- EVM trained / CAM Certified
- Agile development experience
- Experience with military aircraft and Proprietary programs
- Excellent communication skills and ability to lead by influence
