Are you a proactive and relationship-driven professional with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experience? We are looking for a Customer Success Manager to join our international commerci

Key Highlights

  • Own the end-to-end customer lifecycle, from onboarding to long-term success and retention
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers in Academia, Pharma, Biotech and Clinical
  • Drive product adoption and ensure customers achieve measurable outcomes with Evosep solutions
  • Serve as the main contact for inquiries, escalations, and strategic discussions.
  • Identify expansion, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities with Sales.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

  • Degree in Analytical Science, Chemistry, Biotechnology, or related field; proteomics and LC‑MS experience is a plus.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills; proficient in CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
  • Experience in Customer Success, Application Support, Technical Sales, or Account Management within Life Sciences.
  • Self-motivated, mission-driven, and customer-focused
  • Based in Denmark, open to frequent travel within Europe and occasional international trips. Comfortable working from home as well as from the HQ in Odense when not traveling.
  • Proven success selling to Academia, Pharma, and Biotech; LC‑MS/sample prep experience is a plus. Genomics background with interest in proteomics also welcomed.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Valid Class B driver’s license.
