Key Highlights
- Support and manage the project delivery of customized solutions to our customers
- Provide post-deployment support, including troubleshooting, debugging, and educating customers
- You will collaborate with Sales and Solutions Architect teams to ensure continuity across the customer journey
- Create technical content to demonstrate best practices (e.g. sample apps, documentation, videos, etc.)
- Work with sales and product to develop implementation strategies and build roadmaps for our customers
