JOB PURPOSE The Technical Engineer (Architectural) will act as the technical link between the design office and site execution teams, ensuring that architectural works are built strictly in accordance
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- • Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Architectural Engineering.
- • 4+ years of experience in architectural design review and site technical coordination on construction projects.
- • Sound knowledge of architectural detailing, finishes, and construction methods.
- • Prior experience on infrastructure or building projects in the UAE is preferred.
- • Familiarity with local municipality and authority approval processes is an advantage.
- SKILLS & COMPETENCIES
- • Strong ability to read and interpret architectural and coordination drawings.
- • Proficiency in AutoCAD/Revit and MS Office applications.
- • Excellent coordination and communication skills across design and construction teams.
- • Strong attention to detail with a quality-focused mindset.
- • Ability to manage multiple technical queries and deadlines simultaneously.
