Key Highlights
- Act as the primary point of contact for customer accounts, fostering strong and lasting relationships
- Assume full commercial responsibility for customer accounts, ensuring the achievement of revenue targets and objectives
- Develop and implement strategic account plans to drive business objectives and maximise customer satisfaction
- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, optimising their operations with our gaming solutions and promotional offerings
- Coordinate the timely delivery of gaming solutions based on customer needs and objectives
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of proven account management experience within the iGaming sector
- Proficiency in English. Strong understanding of the gambling industry, including an understanding of sweepstake markets
- Demonstrated ability to manage high-value accounts and clients effectively
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, capable of engaging stakeholders at all levels
- Track record of delivering client-focused solutions tailored to meet specific needs
- Proficiency in CRM and promotion management preferred
- Proactive mindset with a focus on achieving results
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to process and interpret data effectively
- Adaptability to fast-paced market changes and a structured approach to problem-solving
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience integrating agentic AI (Cursor, Claude Cowork, ChatGPT) into workflows
- Knowledge of Ukrainian or Russian language would be beneficial but not essential
