Key Highlights
- Proficiency in Cursor and/or Claude Code is required. You must be able to autonomously build, debug, and ship functional code and prototypes — not just write specs.
- AI fluency. You have a point of view on how AI and automation can transform risk operations — from pattern detection to anomaly scoring to compliance workflows.
- Seasoned Product Manager, with a track record on platform, API, or products for operational teams.
- Platform mindset. You build systems others can extend. Scalability means growing the business without proportional increases in manual work or complexity.
- Strong UX sensibilities. Risk and compliance tooling doesn’t have to be painful. You care about the admin experience as much as the customer-facing one.
