Key Highlights
- Assists with the development, documentation and maintenance of architecture, requirements, algorithms, interfaces and designs for software systems
- Supports the design, development, architecture, and maintenance of software solutions for network stack protocol software
- Assists with providing input on secure network and protocols throughout the end-to-end lifecycle development of software products
- Maintains and updates code and integrates software components into a fully functional software system
- Assists with test procedures and documenting test results to ensure software system requirements are met
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in Object Oriented Design and Programming
- 1+ years of experience with networks and network communication protocols (VLAN, DNS, DHCP, Firewalls, etc.)
- 1+ years of experience in software systems integration
- Experience with Linux/Unix software development environment
- Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited course of study in engineering, engineering technology (includes manufacturing engineering technology), chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science
- Level 3: 3 or more years related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Experience with engineering of large-scale systems and overall systems engineering disciplines
- 2+ years of experience computing administration to include managing Microsoft active directory design, deploy and operational support
- 1+ years of experience using PowerShell
- Experience working with engineering and technical data for KC-46, VC-25B, P8 or Commercial 767, 747, 737 or comparable commercial derivative aircraft platform
- Experience developing training/simulation systems
- Experience with agile workflow tools such as JIRA
