Key Highlights
- Design visually compelling assets across a variety of channels, including web, social media, presentations, print materials, and event collateral (including booth andkiosk design)
- Collaborate closely with content, marketing, and cross-functional teams to develop campaign visuals that align with strategic goals and reinforce brand identity
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while delivering high-quality work on tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Stay current on design trends, digital best practices, and emerging tools (such as AI) to keep creative output fresh and relevant
- Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints and uphold visual standards throughout every project
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field
- 2–4 years of experience designing digital and print marketing assets
- Strong understanding of graphic design principles and best practices
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva, Figma and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with project management and collaboration tools such as Slack, Asana, or Monday.com
- Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to meet tight deadlines
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to take direction and apply feedback effectively
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively across departments
- A well-rounded portfolio showcasing creative versatility and execution
- Enthusiastic about learning and growing within a creative team
- Aligns with and demonstrates the company’s Mission, Vision, and Values
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in a design agency environment
- Skills in motion/animated graphics for social media
- Experience using AI creative tools such as Claude for ideation and Nano Banana Pro for image and video generation — and an enthusiasm for staying ahead of what’s next
