Senior Electrical Materials & Process Engineer

Required Qualifications

• Consultant (Level 5): Education/experience typically acquired through advanced technical education from an accredited course of study in engineering, engineering technology (includes manufacturing engineering technology), computer science, engineering data science, mathematics, physics or chemistry (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 14 or more years related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience or non-US equivalent qualifications. In the USA, ABET accreditation is the preferred, although not required, accreditation standard.
• Senior Consultant (Level 6): Education/experience typically acquired through advanced technical education from an accredited course of study in engineering, engineering technology (includes manufacturing engineering technology), computer science, engineering data science, mathematics, physics or chemistry (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 20 or more years related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience or non-US equivalent qualifications. In the USA, ABET accreditation is the preferred, although not required, accreditation standard.
• Minimum of 15-years of experience in Printed Circuit Boards (PCB), and PCB Assembly & Interconnect packaging experience down to the hybrid/MCM level IAW AS8030 Requirements Electronic Materials and Processes Management Plan used in Proprietary, Human-Space flight, Missile, Navy Shipboard Navigation & Sensors, and Military & Commercial Aircraft applications.
• Knowledge and experience in Printed Wiring Board (PWB), Printed Wiring Assemblies (PWA) / Circuit Card Assemblies (CCA) IAW IPC design, fabrication, and acceptance requirements i.e., IPC-2221 PWB design, IPC-IPC-6012 rigid PWB acceptance, IPC-A-610 CCA acceptance requirements, and IPC J-STD-001 soldering class 3 including Space Addendum.
