Key Highlights
- Identifying and driving complex, high-value digital innovation initiatives across the organisation
- Driving the strategic direction of Digital and AI Innovation across the company, in close partnership with the Corporate Strategy team and the Digital Technology (IT) function
- Lead structured problem-solving with senior stakeholders across the organisation to identify, scope, and shape high-value AI and digital opportunities, translating ambiguous business challenges into clear opportunity areas and business cases
- Providing insights on mid- to long-horizon digital innovations to step change our competitiveness, including novel digital business models and emerging digital technologies
- Collaborating closely with our agile organisation, IT teams, and technical colleagues in Digital Innovation to enable prioritisation of use cases and deliver priority initiatives
