Manager / Senior Manager Inhouse Consulting (all genders, full-/part-time)

Required Qualifications

• Master’s degree in natural sciences, engineering, or business. PhD or MBA is a plus
• Work experience of 3-5 years in management consulting with industry-related experience in pharma, biotech, diagnostics, bioprocessing, biology, chemistry, semiconductor solutions or similar
• Strong track record of leading projects across multiple functional areas with exposure to different hierarchical levels. More extensive leadership experience is a plus
• Practical experience in applying Data & AI to solve business challenges, and the passion to continue developing skills in this field
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, creativity, analytical strength, and strategic thinking
• Proactive, self-motivated work approach with a passion for working in teams
• Proficiency in English and preferably also in German
• Willingness to relocate to Rhine-Main-Area (e.g., Darmstadt, Frankfurt) to allow for regular office presence (2-3 days per week) for close collaboration and network building
