Qualifications

Required Qualifications

1+ years of experience in sales development, lead generation, or a similar B2B role
Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or equivalent)
Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to personalize outreach
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented, quota-driven environment
Self-motivated and comfortable with independent prospecting and cold outreach
Comfort leveraging AI and technology tools to improve efficiency and scale efforts

Preferred Qualifications

Background in the corporate gifting, promotional products, or retail industry
Experience attending trade shows or events for lead generation
