Software Engineer

Required Qualifications

• Proven, hands-on experience building with AI workflows — specifically using Cursor or equivalent with agentic workflows in real production environments. You should be able to speak concretely about how AI tooling is part of your day-to-day development process, not just to write code for you but to do all tasks with you as an orchestrator.
• Strong TypeScript and React fundamentals, with a deep understanding of component architecture and performance.
• Analytical thinking and strong problem-solving abilities — you break down complex challenges methodically and arrive at well-reasoned solutions. When a discussion gets stuck, you can help unstick it by returning to first principles.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with professional English fluency. You can articulate technical decisions clearly and keep stakeholders aligned without hand-holding.
• Ability to work autonomously and take ownership end-to-end, while maintaining proactive communication and transparency with the team.
• Rigorous attention to detail and a genuine commitment to quality — you take pride in your work and hold yourself to a high standard even under fast-moving conditions in an AI-first world.
• Actual startup experience — you need to be comfortable operating in a fast-paced startup environment where requirements evolve and good judgment matters.
• Excited to work on designing the kinds of products and platforms that never could have existed before the age of AI.
