Job Description

Key Highlights
- Own the integrity and throughput of our revenue cycle — claim accuracy, reconciliation, denial management, and days-to-bill.
- Stand up billing operations for new service lines as they come online, designing the process and controls before volume arrives rather than after.
- Build and maintain the controls and dashboards that make billing performance visible, owning the operational execution and the numbers end to end.
- Own the operational finance processes for ensuring partners and vendors are paid accurately and on time.
- Own the core operational systems the team runs on day to day — cal.com, DialPad, the Ops team Notion — including configuration, discipline, and the roadmap for what to build, adopt, or retire.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- Experience building operations in healthcare, value-based care, or a regulated vertical.
- Familiarity with Medicare-reimbursed care models (GUIDE, PIN, CCM/PCM) and the billing and compliance requirements for these models.
- Track record of designing revenue-cycle processes, capacity models, or compliance controls from scratch.
- Experience standing up or scaling operations at an early-stage or fast-growing company.
