Key Highlights
- Manage and develop long-term relationships with offshore customers and key stakeholders.
- Coordinate service agreements and ensure delivery of agreed service commitments.
- Drive lifecycle management activities to support reliable and efficient operations.
- Advise customers on modernization opportunities, cybersecurity and obsolescence strategies.
- Plan and coordinate service activities related to scheduled shutdowns and maintenance periods.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- Experience working with industrial automation, offshore operations or related technical service environments.
- Ability to manage customer relationships and coordinate multiple stakeholders effectively.
- Knowledge of service agreements, lifecycle management and operational support activities.
- Experience handling technical discussions related to reliability, maintenance or modernization.
- Structured approach to prioritization and coordination in dynamic environments.
- Professional communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
- Ability to collaborate successfully across functions, cultures and nationalities.
