Job Description
About the RoleClutch's Talent Acquisition team is looking for a Senior Recruiter (Contractor) to own full-cycle recruiting across our GTM and G&A functions, along with ad hoc roles as they arise. This
Key Highlights
- Have partnered with hiring managers across at least one GTM and one G&A search, running kickoff and aligning on how you'll work together
- Understand Clutch's standardized intake and screening processes well enough to apply them independently across role types
- Be actively sourcing and building pipeline for your assigned open roles
- Be running multiple full-cycle searches simultaneously across GTM and G&A with minimal oversight
- Have demonstrated the judgment to push back on a hiring manager's requirements when the data or market doesn't support them
