Key Highlights

• Provide legal and regulatory advice on cross border transaction and ensuring activities comply with applicable laws, regulations and internal policies.
• Lead and support mergers and acquisitions, investments, joint ventures and other corporate transactions, including legal due diligence, drafting, negotiation and execution of transaction documents.
• Draft, review and negotiate commercial and technology agreements .
• Supporting on fintech and technology‑related matters including data protection and manage external counsel where specialist advice is required
• Circa 3 years’ PQE experienced in advising / supporting M&A transactions
