Job Description

GRVTY is seeking a Software Engineer with a TS/SCI + Poly clearance to join one of our top projects in Laurel, MD. This role involves working on challenging national security issues and requires a high level of technical expertise and security clearance.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

Active TS/SCI with Polygraph Clearance
Seven (7) years of experience as a Software Engineer in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related discipline from an accredited college or university (or four (4) years of additional SWE experience on projects with similar software processes may be substituted)
Experience programming with Java (Hibernate, Spring MVC Framework, Spring Boot, Log4J)
Experience programming with C#/.NET
JavaScript experience
Experience with development and version control tools (Git, Gradle)
Experience with multiple operating systems: Linux: Bash scripting, RPM packaging; Windows: PowerShell scripting
Experience with Docker: Able to build and run images, Able to create Docker files, Experience with Docker Compose

Preferred Qualifications

Web application development
MySQL
CI/CD (Github Actions)
GitHub packaging
Packaging for Windows (MSA, portable zip, etc.)
Windows WSL familiarity
PKI infrastructure and X.509 certificates
Unit testing
Software Development lifecycle
