Key Highlights

  • Lead the governance cadence of Program UNNATI, including work package reviews, Steering Committee meetings, and management reviews.
  • Maintain portfolio visibility across initiatives, milestones, dependencies, risks, and benefit realization.
  • Act as custodian of the UNNATI initiative lifecycle (IL1-IL5), ensuring governance compliance, data integrity, and reporting discipline.
  • Drive execution rigor by challenging initiative owners on progress, commitments, and delivery timelines.
  • Facilitate working sessions to resolve bottlenecks and accelerate execution.Performance Management

Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications

  • 6-8 years of experience in Business Excellence, PMO, Consulting, Transformation, Finance, Operations, or Strategy roles.
  • Experience in cross-functional program management and governance.Exposure to business case development, financial analysis, and value realization.Experience engaging with senior business stakeholders.
