• Responsibilities:
• - Manage and supervise all finishing works including plastering, painting, flooring, tiling, and ceiling works.
• - Coordinate with project managers, architects, and subcontractors to ensure smooth execution of finishing tasks.
• - Conduct site inspections regularly to monitor workmanship quality and adherence to safety standards.
• - Prepare and review finishing works schedules, progress reports, and documentation.
• - Resolve any technical issues that arise during the finishing phase promptly and efficiently.
• - Ensure compliance with project specifications, local building codes, and client requirements.
• - Assist in the procurement and quality control of materials for finishing works.
