Key Highlights

Technical Project Leadership: Lead the end-to-end engineering execution of capability projects, moving from concept through design, integration, and testing to final delivery.
Cross-Functional Integration: Act as the connective tissue across multiple IPTs and engineering disciplines, ensuring seamless technical coordination and alignment.
Team Direction: Lead small technical teams by providing clear direction, setting priorities, and maintaining accountability for engineering outcomes.
Requirement & Scope Management: Develop comprehensive Statements of Work (SoW) and rigorously assess the impact of changes to scope, cost, schedule, and resources.
Performance & Risk Management: Define and track key performance metrics to ensure project health; proactively develop risk mitigation plans and identify opportunities for technical improvement.

Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications

Systems Tools: Proficiency with 3DX (3DEXPERIENCE) and Cameo (MBSE/MSOSA).
Modern Methodologies: Experience working within Agile delivery frameworks.
Domain Expertise: Prior experience with Autonomous Systems or within the Aerospace and/or Defence sectors.
