Key Highlights
- Take full accountability for gross and net retention metrics across your book of business, ensuring long-term customer health and growth.
- Partner closely with Account Executives to build unified commercial strategies by bringing actionable account insights and forward-looking recommendations to internal syncs.
- Map out long-term account trajectories proactively to identify capacity gaps, risks, and expansion opportunities early.
- Co-create success plans and QBRs that enable customers to clearly measure and present the business impact and ROI of Planet solutions.
- Build solid relationships across complex stakeholder networks, equipping internal champions with the data they need to advocate for the partnership.
