Sales Development Representative

Key Highlights

• Outbound Prospecting and Lead Generation: Execute high quality outbound outreach through phone, email, LinkedIn, and other prospecting tools to generate new conversations and qualified sales opportunities.
• Pipeline Qualification and Discovery: Engage executives and benefits leaders in thoughtful, professional conversations to understand their needs and determine whether Healia’s Total Care Option is a fit.
• Collaboration with Account Executives: Work closely with our AEs to hand off qualified opportunities, coordinate outreach across target accounts, and support ongoing pursuits.
• CRM and Process Excellence: Maintain accurate activity logs and prospect data in HubSpot. Follow and refine SDR processes that create consistent and predictable pipeline generation.
• Product and Market Understanding: Develop a strong working knowledge of Healia’s product, the employer benefits landscape, and how our solution creates value for brokers, employers, and families.
