Key Highlights
- Build Trusting Partnerships: Establish deep working relationships with the engineering team and tech leads to foster our culture of psychological safety and high performance.
- Enable Distributed Ownership: Support the team in fostering ownership for outcomes. Guide the transition from functional (FE/BE) to end-to-end ownership.
- Optimize and Leverage: Partner with the team to identify friction, bottlenecks and AI leverage potential. Implement a value-driven delivery flow with improved predictability and velocity.
- Strategic Roadmap: Start executing on a roadmap that balances the strategic transformation of our engineering (e.g. tech debt, AI-native engineering, upskilling) with our product innovation goals.
- AI-Native Engineering: Spearhead the adoption of AI-native engineering practice to substantially increase engineering efficiency.
