Key Highlights
- Own and shape Systematic’s overall strategy for the Danish market, with cross-domain opportunities across Army, Navy, Air Force, Joint and cyber at the core.
- Lead engagement with the most senior stakeholders across Danish Defence, DALO and the Danish Ministry of Defence.
- Take the lead on the largest and most complex proposals and contract negotiations for SitaWare and IRIS.
- Build strategic partnerships, including at EU level, and act as a driving force when we expand into neighbouring markets.
- Act as a senior advisor on C4I modernisation and cross-domain interoperability, including on how AI and data platforms align with military doctrine while feeding these insights back to product and delivery teams.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- a strong background in the Danish Defence sector, typically gained through a senior military role
- substantial experience from one or more operational domains, such as land, air, maritime or cyber, combined with a strong cross-domain perspective and the ability to operate strategically across the broader defence ecosystem, connecting capabilities, stakeholders and opportunities at the highest levels
- extensive understanding of Danish Defence structures, doctrine, infrastructure, stakeholders and procurement processes across multiple domains, combined with a strong track record in contracts, negotiations and market strategy
- the ability to bridge strategic Defence insight and commercial opportunities, creating long-term value across complex stakeholder environments
- a well-established, senior-level network within the Danish Armed Forces and/or DALO, which you are keen to leverage and grow further
