Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Ability to obtain a U.S. Secret Clearance
- 3+ years of experience planning, leading, organizing and motivating multiple project teams to achieve a high level of performance and quality in delivering software projects
- 3+ years of experience implementing and coaching software development teams and business organizations in agile methodologies
- Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited course of study in engineering, engineering technology (includes manufacturing engineering technology), chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science and 2+ years of related work experience OR Bachelor’s Degree and 6+ years of directly related work experience OR 10+ years of related, relevant experience
