Software Development Engineer

This role focuses on full-stack platform development, 3rd-party integrations and API development, AI and intelligent systems development, technical leadership and architectural governance, system reliability and performance optimization, and mentorship and collaboration. The engineer will design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain scalable systems, backend services, and frontend applications for Zoom Apps, SDK, and platform integrations. Responsibilities include coding algorithms for event-driven systems, building responsive web apps, designing cloud-native infrastructure, implementing integrations with enterprise platforms, architecting REST APIs and SDKs, building AI-powered features with LLM services, designing agent-based orchestration systems, and establishing engineering standards. The role also involves leading E2E tech delivery, driving architectural decisions, participating in design reviews and governance committees, defining tech roadmaps, designing observability infrastructure, debugging complex production issues, conducting performance profiling, and providing technical mentorship.
