Key Highlights
- Effectively interact with program leadership, customer stakeholders, and business unit partners
- Responsible for setting up new program support requirements to include systems, tools and staffing
- Knowledgeable of Design Engineering principles and tools
- Knowledgeable of Production Engineering principles and tools
- Responsible for leading and implementing effective RCCA’s (root cause corrective action)
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- This position requires an active U.S. Secret Security Clearance (U.S. Citizenship Required). (A U.S. Security Clearance that has been active in the past 24 months is considered active)
- Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology (including Manufacturing Technology), Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry or non-US equivalent qualifications directly related to the work statement
- 3+ years of experience managing a team or 5+ years of experience leading an engineering team
- An active U.S. Top Secret Security Clearance (U.S. Citizenship Required). (A U.S. Security Clearance that has been active in the past 24 months is considered active)
- Experience with production engineering
- Experience in test and evaluation engineering
- Experience in military program support
- Experience with flight test instrumentation
- Experience presenting to executive leaders
- Excellent communication skills
