Key Highlights
- Estimates the impact on various proposals or changes to the publication elements.
- Develops multiple technical publication elements for all levels of maintenance for a fielded equipment minor system or multiple subsystems including but not limited to, theory of operations, testing and troubleshooting procedures, removal and installation procedures and schematic diagrams.
- Develops draft illustrations or provides art mark-ups.
- Updates publication elements based on internal/external reviews, source data changes and equipment modifications.
- Collects, researches and analyzes various types of source data to include equipment requirements, maintenance concepts, task analysis documentations, workflows and concept of design to determine impact to technical publications.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience with Commercial Derivative/Military aircraft maintenance.
- 3+ years of experience with experience with the use, management or writing of technical publications.
- Experience using Microsoft Office Products like Outlook, Power Point, Excel, and Word.
- 3+ years’ experience with Standards editing and publishing systems.
- Jet Engine, Hydraulic, Electrical and Environmental experience,
- Ability to review and interpret Engineering and Supplier Source Data for Technical Order impacts.
- Experience using Adobe.
- Experience using Acrobat.
