Job Description
webAI is seeking Senior and Staff Engineers to contribute to its initiatives focused on secure, distributed, and resilient AI infrastructure. The role requires expertise in decentralized systems, similar to IPFS or torrents, rather than blockchain, with a focus on trustless environments. The engineers will design and implement advanced synchronization and networking systems for reliable AI operations across diverse environments, from edge devices to isolated cloud systems, ensuring high standards of performance, reliability, and data privacy.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- 5+ year of experience with backend systems languages (i.e. C++, C, Go, Rust)
- Experience with peer to peer or decentralized networking frameworks
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience developing tech that looks more like IPFS, torrents, etc. than blockchain
- Ability to get up to speed on Rust while working with these systems
