Job Description
About the TeamDoorDash is looking for an analytical and entrepreneurial operator to join our US Marketplace Growth team that is responsible for accelerating growth across new and underserved Audience
Key Highlights
- Collaborate – Work cross-functionally with teams across DoorDash to understand, report, and drive business performance
- Strategize – Support the creation of critical strategic plans that are a roadmap for execution throughout the year
- Analyze – Assess the performance of the USMP Marketplace to understand performance trends and drive actions based on learnings
- Optimize – Work with other Strategy and Planning teams to deliver new tooling that will make our reporting and planning processes more efficient
- Influence – Partner with many teams to make your ideas come to life
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- You have 3+ years of work experience in strategy, operations, planning, or other related areas
- You’re analytical – You enjoy getting deep into data and feel comfortable translating what you’re seeing into tangible insights. You use a variety of AI tools (e.g. Cursor) to improve analytics tooling
- You’re action-oriented – You have a bias towards action, are comfortable with ambiguity, and are able to thrive in a fast-paced, constantly changing work environment
- You’re creative – You love thinking about new problems, and don’t resort to a “this is how it’s always been done” thinking.
- You’re a collaborator and relationship builder – You are an excellent communicator and eager to build relationships with teammates and cross-functional partners. You have an ability to lead with empathy while also holding cross functional partners accountable for key deliverables
