Key Highlights
- Coordinate project activities across multiple workstreams, ensuring timelines, dependencies, and deliverables remain on track.
- Support Project Managers and PMO by maintaining structured processes, templates, and reporting standards.
- Prepare and update dashboards in Excel and PowerPoint, ensuring accuracy and transparency of project data.
- Monitor risks and issues, proactively flagging potential delays and supporting mitigation planning.
- Manage communication flows between global, regional, and local teams.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in project coordination, PMO, or project management support roles.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills in a fast‑paced environment.
- Proficiency in project management tools, Excel reporting, and PowerPoint dashboards.
- Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple streams simultaneously and identify risks early.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
- A proactive, solution‑oriented mindset and a high level of accountability.
- Experience working with commercial marketing, retail, content, or commercial planning teams is a strong advantage.
- Ability to work effectively in cross‑functional and international environments.
- Very good command of English.
- Availability to work within a flexible time window (6:00–17:00) to support Asia‑based projects when needed.
