  • Conduct user research using qualitative and quantitative methods, synthesizing insights into actionable recommendations.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of professional experience in UX Design or UX/UI Design.
  • Strong proficiency with Figma.
  • Demonstrated experience working with U.S.-based or global enterprise clients, designing digital experiences within complex, large-scale organizations and established design/product ecosystems.
  • Experience designing responsive web applications.
  • Hands-on experience conducting user research and usability testing.
  • Solid understanding of information architecture, interaction design, and user-centered design principles.
  • Experience creating wireframes, user flows, journey maps, and interactive prototypes.
  • Ability to produce clear UX documentation.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • A strong online portfolio showcasing UX case studies and design process.
  • Advanced English proficiency (C1–C2) is required.This opportunity is open exclusively to candidates based in Latin America (LATAM).
